mel1
Lysergia, poor thing! I'm not sure about the meds. Go to the Coctails forum and click on the link for drug interaction checkers. Put in all your meds and the exact name of your cold med. I prefer ibruprofen over tylenol. It works better adn it is an antiinflammatory so it helps with inflamed nostrils and body aches if you have them. Lots of fluids. Lots of rest. feel better, love, mel. Pseudoephedrine + wellbutrin is an additiive if not synergistic combination. Expect a higher blood pressure and faster heartrate at the least. At least you won't have to feel around for a pulse, just listen to the pounding in your ears. Dextromethorphan + wellbutrin can be a moderately severe combination, even dangerous for those people who are considered "slow metabolizers" for drugs metabolized by CYP 2D6. A more common response is for the DXM to hit stronger and take a much longer time to clear out. Definitely cut the dose in half or a quarter if you feel you've no alternatives. BTDT, not recommended. Edit: Yup. Acetaminophen's a better antipyretic than ibuprofen. Use it myself.
