BittenCaliban
I got my usual prescription for Wellbutrin 150 today, and in the pharmacy they're giving me Novo-bupropion 150... has anyone heard about it? I mean, I'm sure it's the same bupropion, but just curiosity... is the new company manufacturing it now? Because they still gave me good old Wellbutrin 100 (I'm prescribed 250 mg daily). And I don't like the new pills. They're ugly. I liked the old ones... with smiley faces on them... it was like the perfect irony.
Kablume
Bitten, Sounds like Generic, which are ugly. I get 100's and mine are this funky blue. But I would think if you are getting 100's also they would have given you a generic. I like getting the generic as I can get 3 mos for 20.00 copay. Some of these meds are expensive. But I am grateful I only have to pay the co pay.
Sulu
Yes, the 150mg are generic bupropion and the 100mg are the brand name Wellbutrin.
BittenCaliban
Actually, this funky thing called Plan G pays for my meds... so I suppose it was in their interest to give me generic. Cheap bastards. Thanks for replies
