sdjeff
I've been dealing with this for years. I hear music. Loud music. It's totally random, usually what I don't want to hear when I don't want to hear it. It can happen any time. It's all internal and I can't shut it off once it starts. It's very intrusive. Sometimes I hear voices like this but it's rare and usually not coherent. AP's and AAP's haven't touched it. Does this sound like psychosis or something else? zenbean
hey jeff, not sure whether it'd be considered psychosis or not, but i experience it too. especially at night, when i'll wake up hearing music in my head, and be unable to "turn it off," but it happens during the day too. lamictal helped. dangergirl
This happens to me too - I won't notice it and all and the next thing I know there's a movie "playing" in the background of my mind...something that I've totally made up too - not like I'm seeing something I've ever seen before. It's really bizarre - don't know how or why - usually happens during deep bouts of concentration though. My tdoc wasn't at all distressed by this bc the movies weren't telling me to kill people or anything.
Kablume
I had that also. My own personal radio station in my head. They gave me Abilify for it. I haven't had it since.
