Your doctor has probably told you this. And if they haven't, they suck because they should have.

Depo may depelete calcium in the bones so you need to be sure you are getting enough calcium. Since most of us don't get enough in our diet, it means taking a supplement. [However I just drank an ASSLOAD of orange juice with calcium +D so I got my fill for today at least]

My doctor recommended 500mgs three times a day, but I don't eat dairy. The RDA is 1200-1500mgs/day.

Just thought I'd mention it. I'd forgotten about it for a long while but last time I was there she couldn't stress the point enough.
