Doctors Know nothing about This

Okay here is the entire situation. I am about to turn twenty. My joints hurt and are deteriorating as are muscle cells in my body. Also I get dizzy so bad at times I pass out for minutes on end. Also during these passing out times/dizzy I have extrem tremors or convulsions. The doctors have no Idea ... I was wondering if the genral Public would like to take a shot at it.
