When I was a little kid, like less than five years old, I used to see this 'man' (not really a man...i thought of him more like a mean leprechaun). Anyways, he would tell my I was a bad kid, and I needed to punish myself, so I would hurt myself. Haven't seen him since I was like 9 though.

Right around the time he stopped coming around, though I started like hearing myself in my head. Like, I would hear one of my friends voices telling me stuff and just commenting on what I was doing and what I was thinking, but it would be totally coming from me and I knew that it just didn't sound like my voice.

Anybody else have similiar experiences?

I have, I did see people and also I do hear voices. I have seen a psychiatrist and been on meds and in therapy, and now it doesn't happen a lot any more.

yeah, when I was a kid I saw a lot of people, things and animals that would talk to me. Some good and some bad. I thought they were real well into my adulthood. sometimes I still do.
