olga
Well, you could take the meds as prescribed, find a competent therapist, and maybe buy one of the books on bipolar and learn about it. There is a list of them pinned up at the top of the forum. Oh, and go to a meeting, too. Getting control of the hooch will help you. If you're gonna be manic for a while, I could use a new garage. Wanna come north for a few weeks? olga
SashaSue
Did he keep you on both the antidepressants as well? You might want to think about ditching at least one of them...
dangergirl
Olga's suggestions were all good - too bad that you're booked, hubby and BIL could've used some help on the floors and cabinets - you do nice work! You might want to talk to you pdoc about the Wellbutrin being activating for you if you still have the mania issues...I thought the two AD's was a little odd too...but who knows? I'm on two mood stabilizers - doctors are whack man. Don't stress about what you are - stress about how little sleep you're getting - it's the time when you're body recharges and fixes the problems it's had throughout the day and prepares itself for the next day. Sleep is one of the most important things we can do for our health.
