AirMarshall Posted April 29, 2008 Share Posted April 29, 2008 Very likely is an extreme form of migraine. There are even such things as "ocular migraines" that don't involve a headache. My dad has these. Just odd auras that distort the vision. If it happens again before your see your doc, it might be worthwhile to go directly to your doc during office hours, or the ER, they might be able to diagnose from checking you while it's in progress. If you haven't had a full workup for migraines in the recent past, this is the time to get it done. Especially so they can rule out things like brain aneurisms or brain tumors.
