Guest mindracert
I first took adderall and it helped this new diagnosed add problem I have. the problem is that i ended up with heart palpitations when I got to the dose i needed to - 20mg 2x per day and 10 to 15 the 3rd time. the xr I got to 15mg and then the same thing happened. the pdoctor just told me to use focalin and gave me that free coupon which was nice. I am starting at 10mg 1x per day. how long does this last compared to adderall xr? I didn't notice that "energized" feeling that adderal seems to give where you like wake up, but i didn't notice anything bad either. i read 20mg xr per day is the max, but what do you do at night time when around 4pm or so you need that extra help to do your work after work?? Velvet Elvis
It lasted about 4 hours for me. I took it three times a day, but don't remember the dose. It was at least 10mgs. I think it now comes in a sustained release formulation that you might want to look into.
