Trileptal withdrawal

Hi I was on Trileptal for 10 days for mood stabilization. Only 150mg a night. I had to stop 2 days ago as I have neurotransmitter test coming up. I felt like I was going to pass out this morning. My body tempetrature went up, I started sweating, my brain went numb, as did my arms and legs. Now I am tingling all over. Are these possible w/d symptoms for only having taken it for a very short period of time? I am very confused.

Thank you for your reply. I can't believe that only a small amount over 10 days can actually cause this much havoc!!! Any idea how long this may last? I may take a shower and cool down a little.

I am new to this forum.  Just joined, June16,2015.   Am coming off trileptal.   Been on 2x daily for about 6 months.  150mg 2x daily , 6am.6pm.  Came off 75 mg 6am ok.  Having trouble coming off 2nd 75 mg6am dose.  Terrible sweats anxious.  Came off first 75 mg in one mo. Then started 2nd 75mg. Trileptal was making me feel blah not wwanting to eat.

I am kind of computer dumb.What does ststarting a new thread mean.  Also I wanted to know how long does withdrawal from trileptal last after lowering a dosage?
