Wheewww...LOL

I was worried there for a minute. I do think drug companies need to be sued at times...like when they don't mention side effects or skew their data, and a few moron doctors out there need a legal slap upside too, but I was like..."oookkkaayyy''. Hee  hee hee.

I think there is a better basis for your lawsuit.

Remember that a hot cup of McDonalds coffee spilled in the crotch was worth $1.4 million.

Sue Zyprexa based on you dropping some tabs down your front and them getting lost in your belly button or the folds of your Zyprexa girth.

p.s.  Mine is from Paxil / Lithium and an insatiable craving for Ben & Jerry's after 10 p.m.

There has been a settlement in the Zyprexa lawsuit which covers 8,000 cases or about 75% of the cases in the lawsuit.  These are related to diabetes and hyperglycemia resulting from Zyprexa.  Before September 2003, these side effects were listed as infrequent adverse events, but an FDA alert in 2003 required all atypical antipsychotics to add additional labeling.
