adderall worked good but when I got up to 20mg IR 3x per day which is what i seemed to need i was getting extra or skipped heart beats which I always had, just not as much

but now the doctor won't switch me back, but i think part of that was I was drinking coffee daily .

It turns into dexampataime which is a component of adderal.

You might want to look into focalin. Some people have found it to have fewer physical side effects than any of the other stimulants.
