Thank you for taking the time to post all of this information here. It can prove very useful.

I do have a question, though...

On the bottom of a lot of the pages, I saw a base website of http://webmentorlibrary.com. Do you know if *all* of these sheets are from there (for example, some of the exercises weren't marked). I was just curious so that we can try to at least give some sort of citation, you know? Copyright stuff, I guess.

Don't get me wrong, please. This isn't, like, a punishment for what you have done! lol. I just want to know if the unlabeled sheets are in fact also from http://webmentorlibrary.com or not (I would check myself, but it is password protected). If it is from another source, might you know what that source is? Don't worry, though. You don't have to kill yourself over this if there is a problem.

Why don't you just PM me when you get the chance, ok?

I really could have split this into a small post and a PM, but I'm afraid to split it due to my arm being dead and my brain being sleepy-med-ed. And, hey... It is mostly a compliment, anyway, right? What's wrong with a public pat on the back every now and then? ;)

Hope to hear from you soon.

I don't think the links are working...it just looks like one of those dodgy pages with bold fonts that give you viruses (you know what I mean...). Any ideas?

The links work but sometimes Imagebam has a funny 5 minutes.

Just wait a few minutes and try again, the site is safe. I wouldn't use it otherwise. ;)

More print outs from my doctor.

Could someone please fix the links? All that happens when I click on the thumbnail of the page is that I get another thumbnail in the middle of the page. In other words, the links don't work.

Thanks.

Thank you sooo much gonenative :)  I'm going to incorporate this into my day and whenever I am in moments of emotions that overwhelm me I will turn to this video.  In fact, I went through most of the videos early this morning and it opened up my mind to accepting the day and myself.  I am now relaxed and smiling :)

I think mindfulness is a wonderful tool.  Being mindful of any part of your experience allows you to have more control of your reactions.

I was just diagnosed with panic disorder a few months ago. I would have at least 5 panic attacks a week. My Dr changed my meds like crazy and just in the past 2 months I have felt better. I need cognitive behavioral therapy for sure. Once the feeling of panic comes on, I can't shake it without taking a valium. That's been my crutch lately.

When I have stood before audiences because I had to or lose my job , I found after almost fainting then suddenly  the anxiety left me.I was not afraid. The feeling was like being released from chains and I slowed down and spoke slowly. I am a new person I thought, maybe I should have been an actor. I felt I knew the secret of public speaking. Everyone thinks if was: If I was not so frightened I could do so great. But I thought no, the secret is to have something to say that people want to hear after you get over the panic. But the thing is, and this is important, days afterward the panic came back as strong as ever. I found it was there when I tried to talk to strangers, no eye contact.  Maybe exposure every day would drive it out. Is anyone doing exposure and could talk about it. Otherwise I am still scared but it down't seem so horrible as age will kill me shortly. I just regret all the time I lost and all the success I missed by being so quiet.
