I'm not at all sure if this is the right place for this, but it's my best guess.

Both yesterday and today, I've just felt like crap all day. Not exactly tired, but not able to really wake up either. Not able to think anything like correctly, vaguely something like dizzy, and awful headache all day. Pretty much exactly the way I'd expect to feel during a med change, or if I'd missed a dose. But I haven't changed anything in months, and I'd definitely taken everything (I have a whole little checklist thing going on, and a daily pillbox, so it's easy enough to see if I've skipped something). And then, once I took my pm meds, I felt much, much, better. I'm absolutely sure I didn't skip anything, and I certainly didn't skip anything two nights in a row. I'm seriously not enjoying this, so if anyone has any idea at all, however vague, about what's going on, that would be great.

FWIW, am meds: Wellbutrin 200, Adderall XR 30. PM meds: Effexor XR 225, Lamictal 150, Deplin 7.5, Seroquel, PRN.

The only thing that's changed at all recently is that I've been taking the seroquel less often. But that was something that happened gradually over the last couple of months. Nothing's gone generic, no dosage changes, no schedule changes, nada.

That's totally what I would have thought, had it not been so exacttly the way I feel when there's any kind of med wierdness going on. I don't know if this is true for everyone, but there's a pretty specific way I feel craptastic when titrating up on something new, or miss something. And then I felt just worlds better once I'd taken the pm meds.

Maybe, for whatever reason, you body metabolized the PM meds from the night before quicker than usual?

It's a theory, I suppose.

How do you feel today?

It's more likely that you had a 24
