Guest confused24x7 Posted February 18, 2009 Share Posted February 18, 2009 anyone take vyvanse and what dose? does is wear off or how do I know if my anxiety is why it isn't working as good? Lost! I am taking 100mg and the doctor is taking me back to 70, but I am confused if I do that or go back to adderall which I took only for a short time and then had hear palpitations. vyvanse worked good but then it just seems like it stopped working as good, just not sure when exactly. used to take just vyvanse and xanax, worked good - first time I tried it and after ritalin + focalin which did nothing, adderall was decent but got those heart things which were nothing and then vyvanse worked. but now not working great, 100 seems to much but 70 didn't seem enough, so lost, what should I do? Med topic belongs in med forum. And yes, stimulant meds are supposed to wear off because most people need to be asleep at 2AM. There are a couple of non-stimulant medications that work nearly 24x7, but they tend to aggravate anxiety more without improving ADHD symptoms as well as the stimulants do.
