Seroquel, is it safe to skip a dose?

I was on 300 mg Seroquel XR until a couple weeks ago, when I went up to 400. I waited on a new script cuz I had some 300's laying around. I was fine going back down to 300 for the time being.

Now I have an appt with my psychiatrist on Tuesday, and I have a strong feeling he'll adjust the dosage somehow. Today is Friday, and I have 4 pills left. I hate going to the pharmacy for just 1 pill.

Will it hurt to skip a day?

It's got a pretty short half life IIRC so you might feel crappy but I don't think one dose will be enough to torpedo your mood.

What's the harm in going to the pharmacist for one pill?
