This is the first book of hers I read. Of course the title was what grabbed my attention. But I then read her other books too. I have not yet read a better study or understanding of emotional eating, and that is my big problem with food. Her one book, in fact, is called "When Food is Love."

Yeah, all the books in the world about weight loss center on the two unmovable principals; burn more than you consume. It is not rocket science. Or even Microbiology. It's simple science.

Just saw this... Bugger! That is a shame Survivor... Well, at least you had a period of not depriving yourself, I hope that you enjoyed the nice food, although binging isn't really pleasant. So what now?
