Epilim/sodium valprorate and drowiness

I've just started on Epilim (sodium valprorate, I think it's called Depacon in the USA) and I've been spending half my waking hours battling sleep. I know it's very early days for me but when does this drowsiness lift?

On the bright side, at least I'm getting some decent sleep.
