Pristiq and blurred vision

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced blurred vision with this drug? I've been on the drug for a week and I like it so far, except for this side effect. I'm fine in the morning, then it progressively gets worse as the day goes on.

If you have, how long did it take for it to go away?

Hmmmm...........I never attributed my blurred vision to Pristiq. I always thought it was the Klonopin. Maybe I'll have to rethink my thinking. Anyway, I have been on Pristiq for 8 months and the only time I experience blurred vision now is when I have to up my dosage of klonopin for some reason.

Blurred vision is listed as one of the side effects of Pristiq so I'm thinking that it's the reason why I have it. I'm also on Abilify which may cause it as well, but the blurred vision really only came along when I started taking Pristiq.

It seems better today, not so blurry. Fingers crossed!

I started out with blurred vision last year, this year it had gotten worse. Last month, I was losing some vision and went to the eye doctor. They found fluid buildup in my right eye...diagnosis central serous retinopathy. Today, I went to the eye doctor (followup) with nearly all loss of central vision in right eye...diagnosis macular degeneration. They did a shot in my eye today.

I'm still not sure it's not the Pristiq which I started last year. Anyone have thoughts on this?

yes, very blurred for the first week, but then it went away completely.
