felnx
My dr. just bumped up my remeron from 15 to 30 today. Remeron has worked wonders as a sleep aid at 15. He said the 30 mg would be a little more stimulating/anti-depressing. Did he mean 'more stimulating at the time you take it'? Or it perks you up in the daytime when it starts to kick in? I am used to taking the 15 right before I jump into bed. Since then I have not missed one night of sleep. Does it still work as a sleep aid at the 30mg dosage? Or would it be wiser to take it a few hours before bed to test it? I can't afford to miss anymore sleep. I do have a supply of Trazodone just in case, but even that doesn't work sometimes. Again, I'm unsure about the stimulating thing he said?
