darkchylde
I am on Cymbatla; I was on Zoloft; it made me paranoid as; like randoms laughing @ me paranoid; so they switched me to Cymbalta; and it seemed 2 work for the depression & the paranoia; now it doesn't seem 2 be; and that is majorly fucked up. Anyone else have that? Cause I am not happy; and if this is going to be permanent; I better go & get a change of meds. dc
beetle
Sometimes ADs can poop out on people. I'm sorry if that's happening to you. If Cymbalta did work for you but isn't anymore one option you could try is Effexor. It's in the same class of AD as Cymbalta...works on the same brain chemicals. Effexor worked for me on my depression in the past. Cymbalta didn't do squat for me. It might be time for a med tweak.
olga
It also depends on how long you've been on Cymbalta. It can take 6-8 weeks or more to get up to speed. If you've been on it 3-4 months and it is no longer effective, it may be time to try another AD. I tried 4 before I found the one that works for me, so there might be one out there for you! olga
