sdjeff
I'm having trouble with my cpap machine. Specifically, I'm taking my mask off in my sleep. Obviously this causes a lot of problems. Any ideas/suggestions?
Artemisia
I don't use one; my husband used one but his sleep apnea got more or less cured after his tonsillectomy. (This of course doesn't work for everyone. It depends on the anatomy of your soft tissues. And on your luck. He was lucky--even though he was one of the few unlucky bastards to develop moderately serious bleeding a couple of weeks after his surgery.) I'm just curious, though. Have you tried other types of masks? What positions do you usually sleep in? Does the CPAP help you, aside for the mask-taking-off thing? Edited for missing words.
