Chest pain as a symptom covers such wide ground from a pulled muscle to a heart attack that it is impossible to absolute advice. You must judge the urgency and decide whether you need to go to the ER or can wait till tomorrow to call your doctor.

Checking the PI sheet for Seroquel, angina or chest pain was reported in less than 1 in 1000 users. There is no reported interactions with lithium or haloperidol. Seroquel was reported to cause increased anxiety at a rate of 4% versus 1% in placebo.

Anxiety often presents itself as chest pain, tightness, difficulty breathing (as do a lot of other things). Have you had symptoms like this before? Have you had anxiety or panic attacks before? Are you under increased stress presently?

If you symptoms worsen or increase tonight then I urge you to call an ambulance or go to the ER. Otherwise call your pdoc tomorrow and let them know what is going on so your pdoc can evaluate it.

Hope you feel better. a.m.

p.s. You can check PI sheets at: http://www.rxlist.com/ drug interactions at http://www.drugs.com/

Just checking-you aren't also having dizziness, shortness of breath, pale or blue lips? If so-it's call the ambulance time!!!!

Otherwise, would suggest alka-seltzer for right now, and call your Pdoc ASAP.

Also get ticker checked soon just to make sure all is copacetic.

(btw, not been on seroquel or lithium, but I am in my 30's and do have gastric reflux issues, so yeah, it could be heartburn, esp. if you take pills on an empty stomach)
