ewwww, scatty, I did the exact same thing by accident... last night made it day 2 that I forgot... I just took a half dose 5 minutes ago and I can't wait for it to kick in, cause my head feels so gross right now... and my muscles ache...

I'm trying to come off prozac at the moment too, which I think is part of the reason I forgot to take my other damn meds.... which only makes me feel grosser...

bleechhhhh..... I just want to go home sick but I can't...

;)

I forgot to take my lamictal for 2 days and now I'm a mess. Keep swallowing those bitter pills guys!

exactly what happened to me. Forgot two days straight and I found myself having racing, suicidal thoughts.

Total hypocite, (do as I say, not as I do unless you want to end up like me? A: You don't) but skipping meds is never a good idea. Takes a while for the meds I'm on to "stop working" but it's no good when they do.

Feel better soon, scatty.

yep, add me to the "me too" category. very, very nasty physical symptoms and lots of mental fun too.

only good news out of it is that it reminds me that I forgot it. other helpful benefit is that it reminds me that if I forgot lamictal, I also forgot birth control because I take them at the same time....and forgetting that is equally bad. ;-)

I wasn't sure if I forgot it two days ago or not, and I was afraid to double up, so I skipped it, and just waited until last night. I have two questions:

1) what were your physical symptoms? and

2) why can't you take it, for instance, the next morning if you forgot it the previous night? I know they say if you forget, take it as soon as you remember, unless you are close to the time for the next dose. Did you also forget at the point when it was safe to take it? I am not trying to be bitchy, I know I sound like that, I mean, is there a reason, so I know what it is?
