Currently I have a feeling of anxiety of how things around me are defined and I cannot get the thought out of my head. A similar problem has happened to me before, which I had described here. I put the problem in this thread this time because now I am unsure whether it is my depression or something else entirely. I have been taking medication for a few weeks now but this event is still very troubling to me. The next meeting with my psychiatrist is about a month away. Is there any way I can manage the problem in the meantime?
