messed up med routine

I'm on uni holidays for summer [southern hemisphere] and my sleep-wake-cycle has progressively slipped to being almost completely nocturnal.

this has my med schedule 12 hours out, b/c i take nighty meds right before sleep and morning meds when i wake up, not at a set time.

is the best way to reset it to just skip a dose? and if so, do i skip morning [small dose] or night [big dose]?
