Wellbutrin XL dosing question...

Are two tabs of 150 XL equal to 1 tab of 300 XL?  I will be getting  a script for 300 soon, but will still have half a bottle of the 150s and was wondering if I could take two of those at the same time until they run out.  I hate to waste the meds (and the money), but wont do it if it is a problem because of the time release properties of the meds.

Yes, but such is not the case with SR, so double check before taking two at once.

Stacy: I took 2 150 mg tabs of WB XL until I filled my prescription for 300 mg tabs---I had no ill effects.
