Will testosterone replace help with apathy?

I'm on Remeron and Geodon and have a profound send of apathy and lethargy. I just got got my Testosterone check and it came it at 163. The normal range is 240-800. The symptoms of low testosterone is low energy, apathy, low libido, low muscle tone, depression. I seem to have gotten all those symptoms when I started those meds. I've heard that AD and AAP's can lower testosterone levels. So my question is, would hormone replacement help with my apathy and lethargy.
