Maybe it was poor planning on the part of who ever installed it, but I don't believe anyone is going to be more likely to off themselves just by seeing that. Especially in Russia. I'm sick of seeing people blame art and literature for everything that's wrong in the world. Depression doesn't just happen because of a graffiti on a subway wall.
