Guest jason1986
was on invega 12mg for seven months for schizophrenia. didnt work. i was thinking about trying risperidone. but i heard they are the same drug its just invega is more of a newer fancy version of risperidone. does this mean if invega didnt work risperidone wont work either? has anyone had luck with one but not the other? If Invega did not work than I would not bother with risperidone. Rather I would try something like Zyprexa or even Clozaril.
Guest Vapourware
Invega and Risperidone, AFAIK, are not exactly the same, but they're close enough in that they act in very similar ways. Then again I'm not really good with the chemical side of things so I could be wrong in that. If Invega didn't work, then it's a good chance that Risperidone probably wouldn't be very effective either. There's quite a few other AAPs on the market that you might want to try instead.
