tryp
I have been on 100 mg Zoloft for little less than a month. After the first week or so, it kicked in and I felt absolutely normal. Then, 3 or 4 days ago, the depression and anxiety started to creep back. I'm not too too bad, but it's not showing any signs of lifting again. I'm having really bad insomnia and nightmares, bad anxiety and sudden drops into depression. The other night I tried to go to sleep at 10 pm (my usual time) after having had my usual 150 mg of Seroquel. Instead I ended up staying up until 3 am ordering transcripts and filling out medical school applications at frantic pace. My pdoc is out of town. She won't be back for another two and a half weeks. She gave me permission to fiddle in her absence if I needed to. Should I go up to 150 or hang out at 100 for a while longer? How long do I wait before knowing I need to go up?
