Cool nights and shortening days have revitalized the greens in the garden, so at a quarter to nine this AM I am enjoying a mesclun salad with scallions, red bell pepper, jalapeƱos, minced garlic, tomatoes, and a chilpotle, fresh herb dressing. There are slices of roasted chicken and avocado nestles amongst the greens.

mesclun salads rule. god, that sounds so good.

I had a can of bean with bacon soup. It was good.

I had some awesome oatmeal coffee cookies from trader joes for breakfast, two pieces of pizza, some cheese and crackers, and a couple of chips for lunch.

An exquisitely well-balanced and nutrient dense diabetic diet.

Really? I thought it was kinda bad.

Anyway, a clif bar for breakfast.
