DannyBoy
I'm seeing this combo everywhere. What I want to know is why did the wellbutrin get added? What is it doing that's so great that it works well as a team with Lex. Thanks
water
I added Lexapro to Wellbutrin. After 6-8 months on wellbutrin I was still having a few major depressive episodes and anxiety so a pdoc recommended adding Lexapro, which I did very slowly. I do take the occasional valium and now take a sleep aide every night but so far, knock on wood, my WellLex combo is holding down the fort. celestia
I added Lexapro to Wellbutrin. After 6-8 months on wellbutrin I was still having a few major depressive episodes and anxiety so a pdoc recommended adding Lexapro, And I did the opposite. I was on Lexapro for several years and found myself in an episode, pdoc added Wellbutrin and it worked and I've been on the combo since--about 2 years. Recently I increased both as my Depression was rearing it's ugly head again, but it seems to have done the trick. I love this combo. It's by far the best I've been on in many years. rowen
I've been on it. Lexapro for depression, Wellbutrin for sexual side effects.
