netsavy006
I'm trying to play the radio station 101.1 FM on my computer using Google Chrome (Chrome tells me it's up to date). http://wcbsfm.radio.com/ when I visit the above link and click "listen live", the page loads, the music / commercials start, but it skips and I don't know why. I'm assured when I go to Flash and Java that I have the latest version so what other checks can I do to ensure I can play music on this site. Thanks, Andy. P.S. I've cleared cache/cookies, even went as far as using ccleaner to get rid of everything before retesting but nothing; I've not tested it on another browser yet, but I prefer Google Chrome. Moil
My windows computer is currently taken apart, but I wasn't able to get it to run on my linux laptop...In chromium, firefox, and opera. I wonder if this is because of the 64bit flash I have installed. So since I won't able to get far enough to replicate your problems, I'll just give you some guesses. Does it work on another browser? If that is the case it is likely something wrong with chrome or the website. Is anyone heavily using the internet connection for anything? You won't get a good stream if the bandwidth needed is larger than what is available. Does it work any better on low quality mode? That would point to a bandwidth issue. Velvet Elvis
I'd guess a bandwidth issue somewhere along the line
