Guest Chris
Hey. Just to be clear this isn't spam, but I was shopping around and was shocked at the prices on drugstore.com and wanted to pop in (first time poster) to (1) let people now and (2) ask if anyone knows anything about this. How long it's been this low, what the labeler is, etc. I know they haven't always been so low.

Guest chris
Oh. I didn't realize that. What's your reasoning? I'm not a spammer I just hate paying $4 a pill... I don't have insurance. Anyway, I'm not a big forum person, but I thought people might be interested in what I see as a very big discount. I've never bought online. I don't know how to convince you I'm not a spammer. Guest chris
and normally I'm not one to jump on "too good to be true" internet buys, either. my understanding is that drugstore.com is fairly reputable. when i was first prescribed lamictal I checked them and their prices were typically on par with rite aid. my guess is that this is temporary. i was hoping to buy in bulk but if you can point me to a good argument for not buying online I'd appreciate it

Guest chris
I didn't realize this wasn't out of the ordinary. I apologize. I read the forums for people's experiences with the drugs and how they compare to mine, and I figured I'd do a mitzvah. I pay over $200 out of pocket, and I'd assumed others are in the same boat. I guess I'm just a sucker. Clearly, though, this isn't nearly the deal I thought it was, so I'd ask the mods to delete this post. And I appreciate the invite but I don't think I want to be a member of a community so quick to jump on me for something like this. I just did some digging around, and the 92% off is what looks like the generic compared to brand name. Their prices are on par with Costco, a little more than Walgreens. I'm unimpressed. The bottom line is, when shopping for drugs without insurance, call around. I get some meds cheaper at Costco, some at Walgreens, some at Wal-Mart. Also, just because drugstore.com is legit doesn't mean this can't be spam. Chris, I suggest you register and become a member of the community if you'd like to continue posting the buys you find online.
Guest chris
I should clarify that I pay $200 out of pocket for the GENERIC, not the name brand, which is why I was surprised by the price. When I was first put on lamotrigine (10 months ago) I found the prices to be comparable to what I'm currently paying, which is why I figured it was out of the ordinary. Anyway, I apologize for all the trouble and would request that the post be removed.
