Indigo 'n dye
I envy an officemate. Because she has almost all of good stuffs. I tend to almost imitate her. What should i do? A start would be to answer the questions that other members have asked you such as what is your diagnosis? What medication(s) are you taking? Do you have a pdoc and a tdoc? Elsewhere you posted a blog entry from Bo Sanchez's site, why did you not credit him? As for envy, that would be a good question to discuss with your therapist. Guest Recluse
I envy an officemate. Because she has almost all of good stuffs. I tend to almost imitate her. What should i do? Envy in small quantities isn't that bad, in some ways it's encouraging for self-improvement - but imitation is a little bit further than seems healthy. Maybe focus on making yourself unique and worth the same type of envy? I'm no doctor, but moving away from imitation would probably be best.
