ahalo
In the last week I've started having issues not only with some mild tremors but now the last couple of days I noticed my handwriting is suffering. It's nearly impossible to write in cursive and when I print it looks like an older lady's writing. It is very frustrating and somewhat anxiety provoking. The tremors themselves don't both me but this REALLY does. What are some of the counteractive meds? I need to research the $4 list as I will be paying for this out of pocket. I do have samples of Vistaril if that's one that helps.
netsavy006
I've heard that people use propanolol (a blood pressure medication) sometimes to help with tremors.
notfred
Non-selective beta blockers like Propranolol are the first line treatment for tremor. It is on the Walmart $4 list. nf
ahalo
Yes thanks both of you. I actually was on this a long time ago for Migraines. So I know I'll tolerate it well. Hoping it helps.
6un6silent6
I have a lot problems with tremors in my hands (sometimes my legs and head too) on Lithium. I take 10mg of Inderal PRN and it seems to help. I just increased my Lithium to 1200mg from 1050mg so I may have to up the Inderal too as my tremors are coming back again.
