withing
Okay, I used to be able to click the drop down menu and there it would be "my blog" at the very bottom, now it says "manage blogs." I clicked that and it asked me to create a new blog, except I already have a blog so I'd rather not create a new one. So I went to the blogs tab and saw everyone else's blog except my own. *sigh* So the only way to find my blog is to go to the blogs tab and click the "add new entry" button then click my blog's link when that window opens. What happened to the menu? and is there an easier way to find my blog? Thanks. eta I'm using Chrome if that makes a difference.
olga
Withing, here's an idea. I just did it to see if it works. Go to the list of blogs. If you scroll to the bottom, you will see an option to "pin blog." If you check the little box next to your blog title, and then click on pin blog, it will become your favorite and stay at the top of the blog list. I hope that helps. olga

These are the only options I see> Keep list as blog start page Back To TopForum HomeDelete My CookiesMark Board As Read ETA: it appears that the pin function is a moderator option and it creates a section called Important Blogs The House in the Country is the single blog in the list. However, I do have another way to "find" my blog - I didn't even see the list feature until you pointed it out.
olga
oooops... I should never try to help anyone when my head is foggier than usual. I didn't mean to make my blog speshul. It's unpinned now and back down among the masses, where it belongs. I'm glad you've figured out a way to find yours. olga

Velvet Elvis
if you use the regular blog view and not the list view there's a heart icon you can click on that's supposed to help with this

I'm not home and writing on my phone, but one simple way off the top of my head that I can think of to find your blog (or anyone elses who you have permission to view) is to go into list mode and then set it to alphabetical order by member name... Just a thought. Sorry if that sounds like a stupid idea...
withing
I've tried the heart thingie and the list view (since my name starts with a /w/ and the blog starts with /l/, it's not very efficient). The heart thingie doesn't keep it on the front page... That's okay, I'll find a way. i just wondered why it wasn't on the menu anymore.

I hope this doesn't make anything more confusing, but I received an email notice of your blog entry on Dec. 14th and when I clicked on the link I got that CB error page. I thought perhaps you deleted that entry. Then I went to find your blog and couldn't find it anywhere so I wasn't sure if you went private or it was a blog update issue. Velvet Elvis
There's a like feature apart from the facebook like feature. Have you tried that?
