netsavy006
I noticed that a couple of weeks ago, one of the counselors brought in something for aroma therapy and used it for part of the group. I happened to noticed that when combining the Aroma Therapy with muscle relaxation techniques works for me. The only thing I don't know is where can I get Aroma therapy stuff so I can use it at home? (I feel the aroma therapy could be really beneficial for me). Thanks, Andy.

Mim
Some drugstores have them. You can buy supplies online. You might even try some major retailers; the Target store where I live carries some aromatherapy things. Sometimes "new-age" kinds of places will also have them: whole foods stores, wellness centers, alternative medicine shops, etc.
Indigo 'n dye
Type aroma therapy into google and take the time to look through all the options. Then weight the advantages of purchasing locally or via the internet.
