Blart752 Posted February 25, 2011 Share Posted February 25, 2011 what antidepressant is the best antidepressant in terms of antiplatelet activity? i know i take lexapro, which seems to have the least amoutn of stomach side effects so supposedly zoloft is the worst considering it has the worst stomach related side effects. but im still not sure which one seems to thin the blood the least. in terms of antideprssant.
