netsavy006
I noticed something about myself. I notice that if I have to read more than a few paragraphs of an article or anything for example, I either have a hard time focusing to read it or I just choose not to read it. I know I don't have ADHD (was assessed in high school). What can I do that doesn't involve meds, that I can do to help increase my focous/concentration so I can enhance my reading? Thanks, Andy. Cetkat
A second possibility is Hypothyroidism. Lithium can cause damage to your Thyroid. You can check this with a simple blood test.

Well I will be finding out about this soon, as I just went for blood today to check for this. I won't find out the results till next month. Where did you get the test done?
