koali777
Why do I feel like I have low blood sugar a lot on Adderall? I really haven't cut down on eating that much...I mean I definitely am not hungry during the day now, but I make SURE I eat at least a little. I try to eat protein whenever I start feeling really bad. But I don't have low blood sugar when I feel this way because I have a way to test (I'm Type I diabetic, so it's pretty common). Why am I suddenly so weak? Why do I get hunger pangs within 2 hours of eating? I didn't used to. And like I said, I haven't cut down so much that I'm in starvation mode... SashaSue
Given that you've had a lot of med changes recently, I'm wondering why you're assuming this has anything to do with adderall?
koali777
I dunno, it only seems to happen when it's in my system...by the evening I'm feeling fine even if I haven't had dinner yet. Fine the rest of the night. Then it starts up again 2 hours after I take it. And I've cut my eating down probably by a third even to a half, but it is definitely enough to keep me going (probably around 1000 to 12000 calories).
