N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine is worth a shot, but it works a lot better when combined with a stimulant.

Don't get regular L-Tyrosine, it's not nearly as bioavailable and you'll just piss most of it out.

There's also some evidence that Omega-3 EFAs can help. 6000mgs fish oil a day or so.

I take 2-3 packets of this a day (I forget one sometimes)


A multivitamin that's heavy on the B's is a good idea for anyone with MI, particularly if you're on meds.

I take this:


for emergencies, nicotine works but you develop a tolerance pretty quickly and then get addicted and then it sucks
