Blart752
so basically every time i take klonopin late in the day i tend to have insomnia. Does robaxin have the same sleep busting properties as klonopin. Beause a few times I took robaxin at night, i happened to have trouble sleeping. However My signature is wrong right now as im no longer taking flexeril. it didnt work out quite well, although it helped me sleep, it barely touched my fibromyalgia. it was like taking a mild antideprssant a few times each day(10mg)

Have you tried a TCA ? Some are sedating and good for sleep. nf
Random Rabbit
Does robaxin have the same sleep busting properties as klonopin. Not in my body. Robaxin/methocarbamol is a skeletal muscle relaxer with almost no side effects for me. It does not make me sleep, it does not make me uncoordinated, nor does it give me any notable CNS effect. But 2 grams of the stuff kills the muscle spasms in my back that periodically appear as a side of car accident.

Along with, heart rhythm issues, which I really don't need because of albuterol inhaler, which contributes to that. Which btw I am talking to my doctor to switch to Xopenex, a new inhaler, that doesn't have such issues. Constipation issues are fine. But the heart rhythm disturbance worries me. I already had it checked out so it seems pretty alright. Definitely makes me very nervous though. Save Amitriptyline, the SSRIs IMO, are just as good for sleep. Take lexapro, that could make me sleep for days. Too much sleep is bad though. And when looking at the side effect profiles for ssris I would have to say, any ssri, that makes me sweat, that doesn't agitate too much(tmj), and that doesn't mess with your stomach, I think what I'm left with is Celexa. But that is all heresay. Unless I have some comparable person to compare it with. I believe Creepy was on celexa for awhile. hope he is doing well. So while I sit here, and wait on my new pdoc appt, I ponder just a few antidepressants and just a few other mood stabilizing options which could help me out.
