netsavy006
I know I tend to be med obsessive so I will only post this and not post other med stuff knowing I posted other med stuff before. I wanted to know from other Clozaril users, do you take a morning dose, and if so, how do feel a morning dose benefits you? I'm trying to figure out if taking the same total daily dose of Clozaril but altering the dose around might be beneficial to me. I will not make any changes to my meds of course without consulting the pdoc, but I wanted to hear others responses Thanks, Andy.

netsavy006
Only the quoted text below do I expect fellow Clozaril users to answer. MiaB
I take my full dose in the evening - if I took any in the morning I'd pass out drooling and never make it out the door to work. Are you finding that it's not so sedating for you?
Aurochs
What problems are you having during the day that you think could be helped by taking the clozapine in the morning?
netsavy006
Anxiety and Irritability. (these 2 issues seem to go hand in hand for me - for right now.)
LynnK
Anxiety and Irritability. (these 2 issues seem to go hand in hand for me - for right now.) What is it that makes you link the anxiety and irritability with Clozaril? You've often mentioned the two without reference to Clozaril.
netsavy006
I'm not saying that the Clozaril is giving me anxiety and irritability. I was wondering if changing the way I take Clozaril could help the condition. Like for example, I take 300mg @ bedtime. If I changed it to 100mg AM / 200mg bedtime for example, could it make a difference? (of course I won't change the way I take my clozaril without talking to pdoc first.)
