Will
Welcome. Having a relationship w/ a bipolar person is really difficult, no doubt. But I am the bipolar person in my relationship, and I will let others address your question.
AirMarshall
Hi Eileen, welcome! Just a reminder that we are a 'first person' support site. We can't diagnose or discuss your ex's prstoblems, but you are welcome to unload and talk about your anxiety and coping. Breaking up long time relationships is never easy. Are you getting any professional help, from a therapist or counselor? best, a.m.
olga
Hi, Eileen. Welcome to Crazyboards. As Air Marshall pointed out, we are a first person site, so it isn't appropriate for us to speculate about your boyfriend's mental illness or his behavior. If you have questions about your own medications and treatment, we'll be happy to offer our experiences and advice. I hope you are seeking professional help to get through this difficult time. olga
