TwilightPrincess
Hey everyone! Bipolar II with rapid cycling here. I was diagnosed a couple months ago, so things are still settling down. On the way to my diagnosis, I managed to destroy my marriage, ruin my credit (again!), and alienate most of my friends. I was recently Baker-acted (I live in Florida, it's the law that allows police or a "Mental Health Professional" to involuntarily commit someone for observation (usually 72 hours) if there is a reason to believe that person might hurt themselves or others) for a very stupid suicide attempt (I mean the method itself was stupid). All-in-all, I've managed to keep some very good friends who are extremely understanding and forgiving, and they have been invaluable. I work full-time and live everyday day-by-day. Luckily, I have a semi-flexible work schedule and a very patient boss.
