item0
Mod's: please don't look at this as a double post, I'm just asking a question about a sleep-related aspect of this issue. Is it possible that this could prevent one from eating before they go to bed? Does it work in the long term? My sleeping schedule is so out of whack and erratic. I need to fix it. I sleep different hours every day but am usually asleep for a large portion of the day and up all night. The doctor has tried moving my meds around so they are best timed to help me fall asleep at the right time but it's still not working.
Anna
I don't know if lunesta will kill the sleep eating syndrome, but it might make you sleep better, and give you a better handle on stuff. When we are sleepy we overeat, there have been numerous studies recently on this actually..... So it may help. In any case, it should possibly help with sleep, so I'd give it a shot.
