So I take Lithium 450mg CR in the morning and another pill at night for bipolar I borderline, donaren 150mg at night too.

Anyway I was taking topiramate too to help with the weight gain but I almost went nuts with this.

4 weeks and now from day 03 I toke 100mg of topiramate, day 04 25mg, day 05 nothing and nothing until now.

The thing is my heart is beating very fast and I had a panic attack not long ago. My doc said to me to take Rivotril until this med its out of my system.

So, how long it takes to this get of me body? I think is 2 days but I am feeling really bad (physically, my mind is OK now)

Any tips?

I've stopped topiramate several times with no ill effects. Are you certain the problems you're having are from withdrawal? Are there any other anxiety producing things going on right now?

The half-life of topiramate is 19-23 hours. I don't remember the formula for how long it is to get completely out of your system but knowing the half-life, you should be able to figure it out. Hope this helps.

Yeah but I guess my body got addicted, I dunno. Anyway, toke 12,5mg today to start a stop more stable. If it is not the topiramate, it is or the lithium or donaren. I never had a panic attack.

Give the tapering more slowly a try. If it's the topiramate doing this, it should help.

I don't believe that either donaren or lithium are known for causing panic attacks. I looked up Donaren--it's the same as trazodone. Are you using it for sleep? Or for depression?

Panic attacks can start at any point. I had one a couple of weeks ago. Prior to this, I hadn't had one in 20 years. The thing to remember about panic attacks is that they won't kill you. You may feel like you're going to die but you aren't.

Bipolar depression the donaren. Yeah they won't kill me but the anxiety that lead to them its hell to feel.

In my experience with topamax, it's one you need to taper much more slowly than that. Get your pdoc to give you a different tapering schedule.

It's not that your body's addicted to it. It's that it's altering your brain chemistry, and too big of a drop down can leave you pretty out of it.
