gizmo
I get my scripts filled, and I put them on the kitchen counter so I can remember to enter them into my iphone tracking app. Then I put it in the cabinet, where I go down the line of bottles each night and take my pills. Tonight I realized my bottle of 200 mg zoloft has been sitting on the counter, unusued, since the 8th. I had my screw up episode with my meds on the 10th (took 6mg klonopin and 6 fioricets at once) and I can't sleep worth shit. Could it be the zoloft withdrawal? Or am I just a dumb shit? blueandgray
I don't know if it's withdrawal, but we all make mistakes.
hallowedink
We all make mistakes. Try not to beat yourself up about it. I would say that the best thing to do here is get in a call to your pdoc, and ask what to do now. Potentially, you could just go back on it and your symptoms should clear up, but you should probably speak to your pdoc anyway, just to make sure that it's safe. Anna
I needed help sleeping when coming off zoloft.... it's possible. In any case, it is a good idea to call pdoc and ask what to do. Anna
